Today, Dr. Osvaldo Ulloa, director of the Millennium Institute of Oceanography, took part in a meeting with President Piñera at La Moneda palace along with a small group of prominent Chilean scientists.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and reflect on the necessity of promoting science, technology, and innovation as bases for Chile’s development.
